How do you cater for my measurements since I’m far away?
You can send your measurements. We’ll provide you with the necessary parameters for the measurements. We will send you a guide Or arrange a video call with you.
Can you come and measure me at my office?
Yes, we can, if you’re making orders worth of 1,500,000 naira and you’re within south-east Nigeria. You’ll just have to make upfront payment before we come.
Can you send clothes Abroad?
Yes, We send To UK, USA, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia. (Shipping/Logistics fee applies).
Do you accept fabrics?
YES please. If the fabrics are workable with. However, it will not be our responsibility to arrange for the delivery of the fabric to our location and cover any associated costs.
Do I have to pay all at once before you start work?
Customers have the option to make an upfront payment of at least 70%. The balance is expected to be settled upon presentation of completion, before the final delivery.
How soon can an order be ready after we seal a deal?
Between a week or two (depending on the volume).
